Annual General Meeting – 2026

📣 You are warmly invited to the ProWoc Annual General Meeting 2026 taking place on Saturday, 20 June 2026.

The AGM is an important moment in the ProWoc calendar and an opportunity for our community to come together to reflect on the past year, hear organisational updates, discuss priorities for the year ahead, and continue shaping the future of ProWoc together.

Saturday, 20 June 2026
🕛12:00 – 15:00 CET
🛜Hybrid: In-Person and Online
📍Location: Kulturhuset Islands Brygge – Symfonien, Islands Brygge 18, 2300 København S.

The meeting will include:

• • Reflections and updates from the Board
  • Presentation of financial statements and budget
  • Community discussions and future priorities
  • 2026 general election for open board roles

Nomination of Board members: Nomination are open from June 01 to June 15 ,2026

ProWoc Elections:

Do you or someone you know aspire to take on a critical organizational leadership role within the ProWoc community? The ProWoc board seeks nominations for candidates for 4 board roles:

• Communication and Visibility
• Membership
• Treasury
• Sponsorship & Liaison

A brief description of each role is included in the nomination form (click here) to help guide your nomination.

🗳️ Please send your nominations no later than – 12PM CET on June 15, 2026.
*If you wish to submit more than one nomination kindly submit a form for each one.

WHO CAN BE NOMINATED?

• Any paid ProWoc member who is part of the network during the year that nominations are held is eligible to stand
• You can nominate yourself for any of these as well as any other ProWoc members or qualified individuals* within your network
• *Qualified individuals who are not yet ProWoc members must agree to subscribe to ProWoc annual membership if they are elected.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A NOMINATION?

To Submit a nomination, please complete the form accessible by clicking here.
The ProWoc Board will review all nominations and share a list of nominated candidates with ProWoc members via email by June 15, 2026. Voting will take place in real time during the annual general meeting on Saturday June 20 from 12:00 – 15:00.
