ProWoc was featured in a cover feature by Børsen. The article is based on the interviews with ProWoc’s Selim Ablo-Nielsen, Phaedria Marie St Hilaire, Caroline Onyango-Dyregaard, and Divya Rao. The feature covered the increased focus on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in workplaces in Denmark, with organisations such as ProWoc working on helping companies bridge the gap in talent requirements and addressing unconscious biases at the workplace. From the origins of ProWoc, the feature also covered the highs and lows of being a professional woman of colour in Denmark, and how the programmes of ProWoc are meant to upscale the skill sets among ProWoc’s members by tailored programmes, such as the Mentoring programme and various Career Development Masterclasses.
