Overview

Membership subscriptions: 6 months and 12 months plans

When purchasing a ProWoc membership subscription the customer (“You”) has up to 48 hours to cancel a FIRST-TIME purchased subscription to receive a refund. After 48 hours (‘buyers-remorse’) the purchaser is not entitled to a refund and will continue to have access to member benefits until the end for their subscription period/term.

  • To cancel your membership subscription, the ‘user/customer’ must log into your profile account. — > Account.
  • If you cancel your monthly, 6 months or 12 months subscription at any time during your purchased year subscription period, please remember that you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the subscription term.

Yearly/Annual Subscriptions (12 months)

  • When canceling a yearly/annual (12 months) subscription, all future charges associated with future year(s) of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period.
  • If you cancel your yearly (12 months) subscription at any time during your purchased year subscription period,  please remember that you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the subscription term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual (12 months) billing period. This means that you will continue to have access to member benefits including event discounts.

Monthly Subscriptions and 6 months subscriptions

New monthly subscription policy changes

(Policy updated: March 01, 2023) ProWoc has introduced a new six months subscription plan. This option will REPLACE the month-to-month subscription plan.

  • When canceling a 6 months subscription plan, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled.
  • You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current 6 months billing period.
  • If you cancel your 6 months subscription at any time during your purchased months of subscription,  please remember that you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period. This means that you will continue to have access to member benefits including event discounts.

What does this new plan mean for month-to-month subscription holders?

  • All current holders on the month-to-month plan, whose account is Active, meaning not on ‘HOLD’ or ‘stopped payment’, this new policy change DOES NOT affect your current membership subscription.
  • Active monthly accounts, that in the future; when you, the customer places your account on ‘Hold’  will automatically switch to six monthly subscription plans when you resubscribe.
  • Monthly membership subscriptions, that are now on ‘Hold‘, or who have ‘stopped payment’. This new policy will affect your membership subscription when you re-subscribe.
  • All membership subscribers, with either monthly, 6 months or a 12 months plan, have the option to cancel their membership subscription at any time.

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. Note that your monthly subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue until the end of ‘that’ current billing period for your subscription choice. Other: Not eligible for subscriber discounts Current month – to- month membership subscriptions, placed on ‘Hold‘ or ‘stopped payment’ are not eligible for subscriber benefits. In other words, accounts on ‘Hold’ or in ‘stopped payment’ cannot claim or take advantage of membership benefits including event discounts. All future events registering as members will be notified via email. Please update your status when you are ready to continue as a member to receive complete member benefits. Event tickets – new policy changes (February 01, 2023)

  • Event tickets are non-refundable.
  • To receive a refund, you must cancel 7 days prior to the event.
  • If event tickets are issued less than 7 days until event date, that event is automatically a non-refundable event.
  • No discounts offered for future events.

Registrants will be notified in the case of event cancellations. NOTE: Customers who purchase a membership subscription to receive a member discount and afterwards cancel their membership, are not entitled to a membership fee refunds. 

Products

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for PRODUCTS. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. !! PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR 30 Day refund DOES NOT APPLY to membership subscriptions. (See MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or products that have been worn and washed. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • T-shirts that have been worn and washed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
