ProWoc leadership team comprises a President, Vice President, and Directors who set the strategy, make decisions and ensure that the strategic aspirations of ProWoc are met and that value is created for our members. Each Director heads a committee that is responsible for an area of importance to the organisation and our members.

Ifeoma Okpala- Aina

President (On Maternity Leave)

 
Ifeoma is an executive coach and shipping & logistics professional living in Denmark since 2019. She has over 15 years of international shipping and logistics experience having worked in various management roles in locations across Africa and Europe. She is presently working for Maersk, a global integrated logistics company headquartered in Denmark.

Ifeoma holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, as well as certifications in Project Management and Executive Leadership from the UK and South Africa. She obtained her Professional Certification in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School Denmark in 2021.

Ifeoma is an avid traveler and loves connecting people and ideas to facilitate impactful encounters, change of perspectives, and narratives. She is passionate about supporting professionals through mentoring, coaching, and equipping them with tools for personal and career development.

Nyeleti Sue-Angel Nkuna

Nyeleti Sue-Angel Nkuna

Nyeleti Sue-Angel Nkuna holds a BA (Honours) in Film and Television and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she also completed electives in International Business and Strategy at Copenhagen Business School.

Her career spans advertising, television, and consulting, where she has designed customer engagement strategies that connect customer needs with business outcomes for leading brands across industries such as automotive, healthcare, and consumer goods, including Ford, Roche, and Nestlé.From South Africa to Denmark, she has worked with renowned organisations including Ogilvy & Mather, Deloitte Digital, VML, and the LEGO Group.

At ProWoc, Nyeleti serves as Vice President & Head of Secretariat, championing inclusive, purpose-driven networking that supports career progression. She is also a seasoned moderator and presenter, skilled in facilitating engaging, dynamic discussions with audiences of all sizes.

Marise is deeply passionate about bringing people together and curating meaningful experiences. She thrives in spaces where connection is created — whether through hosting, public speaking, coaching, or facilitating dialogue.  Marise also enjoy engaging an audience, reading the energy of a room, and creating environments where people feel both seen and inspired.

IMarise’s professional work acrosses the full employee lifecycle with an approach rooted in trust, clarity, and empathy. Coaching forms a natural part of my career; I connect easily with people at all levels and place strong emphasis on building relationships founded on psychological safety and mutual respect.

Alongside her corporate career, Marise is an entrepreneur. Her creative passions led her to start Daisy’s Corner, a lifestyle brand where she explores her love for natural living through handmade soaps and beauty products. Most recently, this creativity has expanded into curated, intimate events hosted by her in the city, blending connection, culture, and elevated experiences. Samreen Mansor-Lefebvre

Head of Career & Personal Development

 

Samreen is a medical doctor who built her foundation in clinical practice across hospitals before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. She has since held roles in clinical development as well as strategic and leadership positions in global medical affairs across medium to large pharmaceutical companies. She also holds a Master’s in Global Public Health from France and has served as an army physician with NATO deployments. Her career reflects a commitment to advancing healthcare, strategic leadership, and creating meaningful impact.

Beyond her professional journey, Samreen believes in bringing her whole self into everything she does. At ProWoc, she leads the Career & Personal Development Committee with a passion for opening doors for others — particularly those navigating unfamiliar systems or finding themselves as “the first” or “the only” in their space. She believes in lifelong learning, inclusion, and women lifting each other up, and is dedicated to building spaces where members can connect, thrive, and grow both personally and professionally.

Naila Kosar

Naila Kosar

Head of Membership

 
Naila is a qualified Solicitor from the UK, with over two decades of legal experience spanning human rights, data protection, social sustainability, AI governance, ethics, and corporate compliance. She currently works in-house in legal and compliance at a Danish C25 company, supporting global teams on data privacy, human rights, and AI-related matters.

Her diverse career includes legal work in private practice, NGOs, and corporate in-house roles. Born in the UK, she has gained international experience through a combination of study and professional roles in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Norway, before settling in Denmark.

Passionate about inclusive leadership, Naila brings a strong commitment to stakeholder engagement, cross-cultural collaboration, and DEIB advocacy. Beyond her professional roles, she dedicates time to pro bono work, particularly supporting marginalised communities. She uses her multilingual skills to connect across cultures and champion diversity.

Steffi Dexter Miranda

Head of Communications & Visibility

 
Steffi is a brand and communications professional with ten years of experience across marketing, social media, and omnichannel excellence, built largely within the healthcare industry. She has grown her expertise leading customer engagement and social media at Novo Nordisk, and currently shapes the digital brand presence of Widex, strengthening its market position and deepening market impact at WS Audiology.

She holds an MBA, an Executive Programme in Digital Marketing and Analytics, and a Master’s in Sociology – a combination that informs how she thinks about people and the causes that move them.

She believes that visibility is not about being loud but about being consistently undeniable, and that purposeful communication is what can turn a community into a movement. In this role, she brings that conviction to ProWoc, with the skill and sass to make sure this organisation is seen and heard in the way it deserves.

Annie Myrén

Annie believes the greatest opportunities are created when people who would never otherwise meet are brought together around a shared purpose.

Guided by that belief, she has spent more than 15 years building bridges across business, diplomacy, information technology, and international development. Her unique background combines business transformation, multicultural leadership, and cross-sector collaboration, enabling her to connect purpose with business and transform relationships into partnerships that create lasting value. Growing up between Cameroon and Denmark, and later studying and working across Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia, has shaped her ability to build trust across cultures and recognise opportunities where others see boundaries.

She holds a Master of Science in International Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School and HEC Montréal and is a certified Senior IT Project Leader.

As Head of Sponsorship & Liaison at ProWoc, Annie is passionate about creating authentic partnerships that generate shared value for sponsors, communities, and the women whose leadership they help unlock.

ProWoc Board-Olufunke Adebiyi

Olufunke Adebiyi

Head of Treasury

 

Funke has more than 16 years of international experience in compliance, international tax and governance. Her career spans advisory, financial services and corporate environments, providing insight into different organisational structures, stakeholder perspectives and regulatory frameworks.

She holds a Master’s degree in Tax from Copenhagen Business School, has completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

This background has given her a broad understanding of risk, regulatory compliance and the practical realities of operating across multiple markets. She brings a pragmatic perspective shaped by work across functions, sectors and cultures.

Beyond her professional work, she is engaged in mentorship, community initiatives and efforts that support continuous learning, inclusion and opportunities for people.
