What does it mean to give courage—to leadership, to culture, to the next generation?🤔

For our International Women’s Day Give to Gain panel, in collaboration with Implement Consulting Group, ProWoc is delighted to welcome Signe Gro Jensen as a panelist.

Signe is a Partner at Implement Consulting Group, where she advises private sector companies across Energy, Pharma, and Shipping on leadership development and culture transformation. She also serves on Implement’s DEI Council, focusing on diverse recruitment at partner level and strengthening inclusive leadership practices.

Prior to joining Implement, Signe spent ten years at Deloitte, where she led internal DEI efforts alongside her advisory work.

Across sectors and roles, Signe has worked at the intersection of performance and inclusion—helping organizations understand that sustainable results are built on cultures where diverse talent can thrive.

She brings to Give to Gain a strategic and systemic lens: that giving—through inclusive leadership, representation, and courageous culture change—is not symbolic work, but business-critical leadership.
