She previously served as Chief People Officer at Maersk Tankers, as part of the Executive Management team, and has held senior leadership and advisory roles in talent, leadership development, and HR transformation—including at Korn Ferry.
Across executive, advisory, and board roles, Annelise has built her career around unlocking human potential and creating the conditions for people and organisations to thrive. She brings a clear conviction that giving—to people, to leadership, to culture—is not a cost, but a multiplier.
