Selim Ablo-Nielsen is a business-minded lawyer with extensive experience advising companies within the fields of healthcare, information technology, and commercial real estate. She currently holds a position as Senior Compliance Counsel at Novo Nordisk A/S (DK), a multinational pharmaceutical company. Selim co-founded ProWoc and held the role of President from March 2019 – June 2020. 

Selim is passionate about empowering women to achieve their full potential and supporting initiatives to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace and society at large.

Annelise Goldstein

Annelise Goldstein ProWoc’s Advisory board

Annelise Goldstein is an organizational psychologist and expert in leadership, talent development, and diversity & inclusion, with a special passion for the topic of women and leadership. She works as Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry providing strategic guidance to senior management teams on developing themselves and their organizations.

Annelise is committed to the mission of empowering, inspiring, and supporting WoC in its professional advancement. She hopes to use her experience and knowledge in the service of the members and to strengthen ProWoc’s ability to create change. She also considers this to be an opportunity for personal growth in expanding her worldview and learning how to be a better ally for WoC.

 

Ade Adeluwoye

Ade Adeluwoye ProWoc’s Advisory board

Ade Adeluwoye is the Global Head of Marketing Strategy at A.P. Møller Maersk with extensive experience in strategy, branding, digital media, marketing, and business development.

Ade believes in the vision of ProWoc of helping women of colour in finding the right platform that helps them grow their career in Denmark with the right help and guidance.
