About Pamela Wilson
With a stellar career spanning over two decades in the corporate world, Pamela Wilson has established herself as a distinguished leader in the field of sales operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations, she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing sales enablement for Milestone Systems A/S. Prior to her tenure at Milestone, she spent an impressive 14 years at Xerox Corporation, where she honed her expertise in sales operations and demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence. In each of her roles, she has earned herself a reputation as a trusted advisor and results-driven professional. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science that laid the technical foundation for her career in the technology sector. She then honed those skills with an eye on leadership, pursuing an MBA in Finance and Strategy that equipped her with the analytical skills and business acumen that have set her apart from her peers ever since. Pamela has demonstrated her commitment to learning and growing, both personally and professionally, most recently by taking on global responsibilities 5,000 miles from home in Denmark. Beyond her professional endeavors, Pamela is married to an amazing man who has supported their family’s move across the pond. Her balance comes from her two high energy children (9 and 13) who remind her to appreciate every day she is blessed to see.
