International Women’s Day 2026: Give to Gain

International Women’s Day
Leading with purpose: What if generosity was your greatest leadership strategy?
This International Women’s Day, ProWoc and Implement Consulting Group invite you to go beyond the celebration — into a real, inspiring conversation about what it truly means to lead with contribution.
Because the leaders who create lasting impact aren’t just the ones who take bold decisions. They’re the ones who give deliberately — who build influence through responsibility, courage, and a deep commitment to long-term value for the people and teams around them.
A leadership conversation for those ready to think differently about how we show up, contribute, and grow together.
Join ProWoc and Implement Consulting Group for an International Women’s Day conversation on Give to Gain — a deeper look at how generosity, contribution, and shared responsibility and opportunity shape long-term value for people, teams, and society.

ProWoc is proud to announce our Keynote Speaker for International Women’s Day 2026: Give to Gain Rikke
Rønholt Albertsen Some leadership journeys are shaped by visibility and momentum. Others are shaped by range — by moving between worlds, standards, and expectations, and learning how to lead across all of them.
Rikke Rønholt Albertsen’s journey belongs firmly in the latter. Across elite sport, global sustainability work, and academia, Rikke has built a career defined by discipline, judgment, and long-term contribution. Not by shortcuts or slogans, but by showing up — consistently — in environments that demand clarity, credibility, and responsibility.
In her keynote, Rikke brings Give to Gain to life through leadership as it is actually lived — holding paradox, navigating trade-offs, and committing to contribution even when outcomes are uncertain.
What you’ll take with you:
- A clearer way of thinking about Give to Gain as a daily leadership practice, not a one-time decision
- Tools to hold paradox and navigate trade-offs without losing clarity or conviction
- Perspective on how to lead with confidence and influence even when recognition isn’t immediate or guaranteed
- A deeper sense of how to stand comfortably in who you are, shaped by the many layers of your experience
Rather than offering prescriptions, Rikke offers perspective: on how giving becomes a way of leading, and how long-term contribution quietly compounds into collective gain.
