Profile
From elite athletics to leadership development and organisational transformation, and later intoglobal sustainability and development work in collaboration with UN agencies, NGOs, and Danish embassies, Rikke Rønholt Albertsen has worked at the intersection of performance and purpose. Today, she teaches and researches leadership and corporate sustainability at Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD, while continuing to serve on boards of civil society organisations working with human rights and sustainable development.
