Bio Valerie:
Valerie Karima Djurhuus is the founder and director of LOOM e.V., based in Germany. As a discrimination-sensitive trainer, mediator, and the head of LOOM, she has dedicated her career to fostering systemic change. She is also the founder of the Resolve Network, a specialized collective focused on racism-critical mediation and supervision.

Driven by a deep interest in the nature of transformation, Valerie finds great fulfillment in exploring innovative methods that tap into the potential for growth hidden within conflict. She views tension not merely as a hurdle, but as a vital opportunity for evolution and deeper understanding.

This philosophy anchors the mission of LOOM, an association founded by individuals with intersectional lived experiences. The organization provides:
