What a night!

Our International Women’s Day event with Pandora was more than just a celebration—it was a powerful gathering to reflect, reconnect, and reaffirm our collective commitment to progress under the theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.”

With over 175 people in attendance, the evening was filled with energy, passion, and a shared dedication to advancing equality.

A standout moment of the evening was the keynote address by Berta de Pablos-Barbier, Chief Marketing Officer of Pandora. Through the power of storytelling, she delivered a thought-provoking message about the cost of not showing up as our true selves, and the undeniable strength that comes from standing firm in who we are. 🔑

The keynote was followed by an eye-opening Power Panel discussion, where each panelist shared valuable perspectives:

Natasha Laul emphasized the importance of viewing failure and success as complementary rather than opposites, both being essential stepping stones if we learn from them. 💡

Thomas Andersen underscored the power of networking, highlighting the value in building connections early on that nurture over time. 🤝

Frederikke Antonie Schmidt reminded us that we don’t need to have all the answers, and it’s okay to embrace uncertainty as part of the journey. 🌱

A heartfelt thank you to our inspiring keynote speaker, Berta, and our phenomenal Power Panel—Natasha, Thomas, and Frederikke—along with our brilliant moderator, Leah Justina Anyanwu, for leading such an open, honest, and powerful conversation. 🙌

To Pandora, thank you for an incredible partnership and for bringing this event to life. And to Kathrine Glahn—we couldn’t have done it without you! 💫

Finally, to the powerhouse team behind the scenes—Nyeleti Sue-Angel Nkuna, Sondra Duckert, Gisela Rius Sanchez, Marise Larsen, Tracy Akpobasaa, Sachelle Frazer, Naome Flavia Duah, and Ifeoma Okpala—your passion, dedication, and care turned this vision into reality. 💪

Here’s to taking up space, backing ourselves, and continuing to drive change—together. 🚀
