Workshop description
As we grow in life and career, we are encouraged to leave behind parts of ourselves that do not fit with family or society’s prescriptions for who we should be. We are forced to “adapt” in order to be loved and succeed. The problem is that we lose our vitality as a result because suppressing that which is natural in us drains our energy.
Our power, brilliance and wellbeing lie in being our authentic self.
What if it was possible to be authentic, successful and – dare we say, loved – all at once?
In this workshop we will:
❖ Look at the systems that shape us
❖ Go inside and retrieve our deepest, truest self
❖ Identify what stops us from fully expressing ourselves
❖ Give voice to who we truly are and want to be
❖ Affirm one another in the truth of who we are
❖ Reconnect with our vitality
