Exclusive Conversations with Helena Broadbridge
Managing Transitions: Making Sense of the In-Between
This Exclusive Conversation explores how individuals experience, navigate, and make sense of major professional transitions. Rather than focusing on organisational events themselves, the conversation centres on the human reality of change: the identity shifts, the loss of certainty, the emotional weight of uncertainty, and the quiet work of rebuilding clarity and confidence when familiar structures fall away. Let us together Reframe. Reclaim. Rebuild.
🎤Meet our first speaker 1: Helena Broadbridge
We are excited to introduce Helena Broadbridge, one of our guest speakers at our upcoming Exclusive Conversations:
Helena Broadbridge is an experienced advisor on sustainability and accountability, specializing in social rights, workplace culture, and change management. She helps leaders steer their decision-making and investments towards the integrated mindset and transformative practices that build more responsible, resilient organisations.
Working globally for close to 30 years, she has advised leaders across most sectors on how to integrate sustainability criteria into their strategy, operations, culture and governance, most recently as a Partner in Deloitte (2013-2026). As an anthropologist (PhD), she applies the lens of human-centric design, the toolkit of change management as well as cultural intelligence to help facilitate a shift in mindset, build trust, and develop the operational capabilities needed to respond successfully to change.
Over the years, Helena has successfully shaped and led diverse, high-performance teams, also through different forms of restructuring incl. layoffs. Through her different professional and board governance roles, she has also advised leaders on steering the full process of a reorganisation, including the recovery and rebuild phases, whose importance is often underestimated. She has first-hand experience of being directly affected by a reorganisation and having to navigate unexpected career transitions.
In the conversation, Helena will share her personal experience of handling career changes and reflect on the lessons she has learnt along the way about rebuilding your self-confidence, developing your ‘ikigai’, and finding your own narrative for what is happening.
🎤 Meet our second speaker: Beatrice Røjgaard
We are excited to introduce Beatrice Røjgaard, one of our guest speakers at our upcoming Exclusive Conversations. Beatrice Røjgaard is an institutional strategist and M&A advisor at the intersection of corporate governance, capital markets, and enterprise transformation. With assignments across London, Miami, and Cape Town, and expertise spanning Nordic and African markets, she brings a systems-level lens to how organisations navigate restructuring, integration, and change.
Author of the Capital Brief and holder of an Executive MBA from Henley Business School — where her M&A Risk Governance research across 200 European bank consolidations/M&A earned a Distinction — she combines institutional rigour with the lived experience of non-linear career reinvention. Her proprietary governance frameworks are used in advisory and risk management institutional engagements.
💡In the conversation, Beatrice will explore the structural logic behind M&As and the personal leadership required to reframe, reclaim, and rebuild, through Re-organisations and M&A cycles.
