What are your non-negotiable in career\, success\, and relationships? \nThe most successful leaders have a strong awareness of their core values – what drives our decision making\, motivates and energizes us\, and pushes our buttons of reactivity in the heat of conflict. \nIn this 90-min workshop\, we will take a brief overview of what values are\, how our core values relate to interpersonal and professional satisfaction and learn how to bridge the gap within values-based conflict. \nGet ready for plenty of experiential exploration\, personal reflection\, and discussion. Everyone will receive their own deck of personal value cards as a valuable tool to keep for both work and home relationships. \nThis unique workshop where you discover your core values and learn how to live them out is exclusively for the current Mentors and Mentees in the ProWoc Mentoring Program.
