DESCRIPTION:Take control of your career\, find your purpose. Activate your motivation\, enhance your leadership skills and more. \nThe ProWoc Mentoring Program connects professional women in Denmark and provides a platform for personal and career growth and development enabling them to unleash their full potential. During the course of the program\, participants share their personal and professional experiences\, inspire each other and together build a strong and sustainable group of women leaders and role models. Mentees are women of colour currently living and working in Denmark and who are members of ProWoc. \nApplications are now open for our Mentoring Programme 2026: a structured\, 6-months mentoring experience exclusively for ProWoc members. \nWhat you’ll gain as a mentee:  \n→ Career clarity and a sharper sense of professional direction \n→ Fresh perspectives and exposure to new ways of thinking \n→ Practical guidance on leveraging your strengths and managing your blind spots \n→ Deeper belonging within the ProWoc community \nProgramme milestones: \n🔵 In Person Kick-off event: Saturday 29 August 2026\, 10:00–13:30 \n🔵 Monthly mentoring sessions (hybrid) \n🔵 In person Graduation event: Saturday\, 27 February 2027 \nWho can apply?  \n✔ You are an active ProWoc member with a clear professional development goal \n✔ You are ready to be challenged and fully commit for 6 months \n✔ You are available for all programme milestones \n👉Ready to get started?
