Rebuild. \nMeet our first Speaker 1: Helena Broadbridge\nWe are excited to introduce Helena Broadbridge\, one of our guest speakers at our upcoming Exclusive Conversations:\nHelena Broadbridge is an experienced advisor on sustainability and accountability\, specializing in social rights\, workplace culture\, and change management. She helps leaders steer their decision-making and investments towards the integrated mindset and transformative practices that build more responsible\, resilient organisations. \nWorking globally for close to 30 years\, she has advised leaders across most sectors on how to integrate sustainability criteria into their strategy\, operations\, culture and governance\, most recently as a Partner in Deloitte (2013-2026). As an anthropologist (PhD)\, she applies the lens of human-centric design\, the toolkit of change management as well as cultural intelligence to help facilitate a shift in mindset\, build trust\, and develop the operational capabilities needed to respond successfully to change. \nOver the years\, Helena has successfully shaped and led diverse\, high-performance teams\, also through different forms of restructuring incl. layoffs. Through her different professional and board governance roles\, she has also advised leaders on steering the full process of a reorganisation\, including the recovery and rebuild phases\, whose importance is often underestimated.
