SUMMARY:Exclusive Conversations - Managing Transitions: Making Sense of the In-Between
DESCRIPTION:Exclusive Conversations with Helena Broadbridge & Beatrice Røjgaard. Moderated by Phoebe Benta-Albertsen\nManaging Transitions: Making Sense of the In-Between\nThis Exclusive Conversation explores how individuals experience\, navigate\, and make sense of major professional transitions. Rather than focusing on organisational events themselves\, the conversation centres on the human reality of change: the identity shifts\, the loss of certainty\, the emotional weight of uncertainty\, and the quiet work of rebuilding clarity and confidence when familiar structures fall away. Let us together Reframe. Reclaim. Rebuild. \n🎤Meet our Panelists:\nWe are excited to introduce Helena Broadbridge\, one of our guest speakers at our upcoming Exclusive Conversations:\nHelena Broadbridge is an experienced advisor on sustainability and accountability\, specializing in social rights\, workplace culture\, and change management. She helps leaders steer their decision-making and investments towards the integrated mindset and transformative practices that build more responsible\, resilient organisations. \nWorking globally for close to 30 years\, she has advised leaders across most sectors on how to integrate sustainability criteria into their strategy\, operations\, culture and governance\, most recently as a Partner in Deloitte (2013-2026). As an anthropologist (PhD)\, she applies the lens of human-centric design\, the toolkit of change management as well as cultural intelligence to help facilitate a shift in mindset\, build trust\, and develop the operational capabilities needed to respond successfully to change. \nOver the years\, Helena has successfully shaped and led diverse\, high-performance teams\, also through different forms of restructuring incl. layoffs. Through her different professional and board governance roles\, she has also advised leaders on steering the full process of a reorganisation\, including the recovery and rebuild phases\, whose importance is often underestimated. She has first-hand experience of being directly affected by a reorganisation and having to navigate unexpected career transitions. \nIn the conversation\, Helena will share her personal experience of handling career changes and reflect on the lessons she has learnt along the way about rebuilding your self-confidence\, developing your ‘ikigai’\, and finding your own narrative for what is happening. \nWe are also excited to introduce Beatrice Røjgaard\nBeatrice has a background in Economics and an MBA in Finance\, with over a decade of experience advising businesses and boards on corporate governance\, capital markets\, valuations\, and enterprise transformation across EMEA\, North America\, and the Nordics\, with deep professional grounding in both developed and emerging markets. \nShe is the author of The Capital Brief\, a thought leadership series on capital markets\, M&A governance\, and the structural forces shaping institutions and economies. Her Executive MBA research at Henley Business School examined M&A Risk Governance across 200 European bank transactions and was awarded a Distinction. \nDeeply curious about the economics of power and the role of personal leadership within it\, Beatrice believes that rigour and lived experience are not in tension — they are the combination that makes insight genuinely useful. \n💡 At this Exclusive Conversation\, Beatrice will bring the structural lens that is often missing from transition narratives — exploring the organisational and financial forces that drive the disruptions so many professionals experience as deeply personal\, and helping the audience understand how to read those forces\, reclaim agency\, and build forward with clarity and intention. \n🎤Meet the moderator\nWe are excited to introduce Phoebe Benta-Albertsen\, as the moderator of our upcoming Exclusive Conversations. \nPhoebe Benta-Albertsen is an event strategist\, community builder\, and leadership advocate with more than 15 years of experience designing transformative experiences that connect people\, inspire innovation\, and strengthen organizational culture. She serves as Head of Community & Events at LEGO Design\, where she leads community and engagement initiatives for over 750+ creatives\, fostering collaboration\, belonging\, and growth. Phoebe also serves on the Board of LEGO System A/S. Her career spans corporate\, nonprofit\, and leadership development sectors\, including national and international leadership roles within Junior Chamber International (JCI)\, where she has inspired and empowered emerging leaders. She is also the author of Future by Design\, a book on self-leadership\, purpose\, and positive resilience. \n💡In the conversation\, Phoebe will guide the dialogue through the different aspects of transitions\, leaving room for thoughtful and grounded talks rooted in lived experiences. As our moderator\, Phoebe will encourage audience interaction and facilitate a space open for perspectives and reflections that foster collective understanding. \nA special thank you to Dreamdata for hosting this important Exclusive Conversation. \nThe Evening at a Glance\n17:00 – 17:30 Meet and Greet · Arrival\, registration\, and informal networking\n17:30 – 17:40 Welcome by ProWoC · Introduction to ProWoC and the Exclusive Conversations format\n17:40 – 18:45 Exclusive Conversation · Guided dialogue exploring the human experience of professional transition\n18:45 – 19:15 Audience Interaction and Shared Reflections · Integrated Q&A and audience participation\n19:15 – 19:25 Key Takeaways and Closing · Closing reflections and insights\n19:25 – 20:00 Networking · Informal networking and continued conversation \n📆 Monday\, 08 June 2026\n🕐 17:00 -20:00\n📍Dreamdata Offices\, Kalvebod Brygge 39\, 1560 København (7th floor)\n\nCost: 150kr for ProWoc & BPoC members and Students – 250kr for non members \nClick here to register\nLast chance to register: 05 June 2026
