SUMMARY:Exclusive Conversation with Jandara Smith: Leadership beyond the Job Title
DESCRIPTION:ProWoc Exclusive Conversation with Jandara Smith\n✨Leadership Beyond the Job Title \nWhat does leadership really look like when execution is no longer enough?\nMany professionals reach a point where they are trusted\, relied upon\, and technically strong\, yet still feel uncertain about how decisions are made\, how influence is exercised\, and what truly signals readiness for the next level. Titles change\, responsibilities grow\, but the rules of leadership often remain unspoken.\nThat’s why leadership beyond the job title requires a different kind of awareness.\nIt is about moving from execution to judgement.\nIt is about influence without formal authority.\nIt is about presence\, clarity\, and impact in decision-making rooms. \nThis is why we are excited to welcome Jandara Smith\, as our guest speaker for this Exclusive Conversation. \nJandara Smith is an HR Business Partner who partners with senior leaders and their leadership teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness\, elevate leadership capability\, and drive people‑focused business outcomes. She also cares deeply about creating inclusive environments where people feel valued and able to contribute at their best\, which I see as essential to healthy teams and sustainable business performance. \nIt is about discernment\, focus\, and learning where to place energy when the stakes rise. \nThe conversation will be guided by Steffi Dexter Miranda. \n🗓️ Date: February 18\, 2026\n🕔 Time: 17:00 – 20:00\n📍Location: Zoku Copenhagen\nkr Price: 150 kr for members\, 250 kr for non members\, 150 kr students \nEvent Agenda\n· 17:00–17:30 | Meet & Greet – Arrival\, registration\, and informal networking\n· 17:30–17:40 | Welcome by ProWoc – Introduction to ProWoc and the Exclusive Conversations format\n· 17:40–18:45 | Exclusive Conversation – Guided dialogue exploring leadership beyond execution and title\n· 18:45–19:15 | Audience Interaction & Shared Reflections – Integrated Q&A and interaction\n· 19:15–19:25 | Key Takeaways & Closing – Closing reflections and insights\n· 19:25–20:00 | Networking – Informal networking and continued conversation \nFormat Note:\nThis is an Exclusive Conversation — not a panel or keynote. DESCRIPTION:ProConnect: Angela Rocha\, PhD\nDaring to Build\n🎉You’re invited!\nDaring to Build: Turning Conviction into Reality \nSome people wait for permission. Others build anyway.\nBuilding something meaningful rarely starts with perfect conditions. It starts with a question. A frustration. A quiet conviction that things could be better. \nAt our next Prowoc member event\, Angela will share her journey of transforming a personal insight into a science-driven food company — and what it truly takes to build when the path is unclear\, the category doesn’t exist yet\, and the answers must be created along the way. \nFrom idea to product\, from doubt to direction\, the journey has demanded courage\, patience\, and a deep belief in building solutions that matter. \nTogether\, we’ll explore:\n• What gives you the courage to start before you feel ready?\n• How do you keep believing when progress is invisible?\n• How do you turn obstacles into fuel instead of friction?\n• What does it mean to build with purpose\, not just profit?\nJoin us for an open and honest conversation about courage\, resilience\, and the quiet power of choosing to build — even when no one is asking you to. \n🗓️ Date: February 21st\, 2026\n🕐Time: 13:00 – 15:00\n📌Location: Esbjerg Library\, Nørregade 19\, 6700 Esbjerg\n🪙 Price: Free for everyone \nEvent Agenda\n13:00–13:15: Welcome by ProWoC\n13:15–14:00: Talk: Daring to Build\n14:00–14:30: Q&A\n14:30-15:00: Networking

SUMMARY:International Women's Day 2026: Give to Gain
DESCRIPTION:Registration closed. \nLast day to register: Midnight\, Saturday\, 07 March\, 2026 \nInternational Women’s Day\nLeading with purpose: What if generosity was your greatest leadership strategy?\nThis International Women’s Day\, ProWoc and Implement Consulting Group invite you to go beyond the celebration — into a real\, inspiring conversation about what it truly means to lead with contribution. \nBecause the leaders who create lasting impact aren’t just the ones who take bold decisions. They’re the ones who give deliberately — who build influence through responsibility\, courage\, and a deep commitment to long-term value for the people and teams around them. \nA leadership conversation for those ready to think differently about how we show up\, contribute\, and grow together. \nJoin ProWoc and Implement Consulting Group for an International Women’s Day conversation on Give to Gain — a deeper look at how generosity\, contribution\, and shared responsibility and opportunity shape long-term value for people\, teams\, and society. \n📅 9 March 2026\n⏰ 17:00–20:00\n📍 Implement Consulting Group\, Strandvejen 54\, 2900 Hellerup (Historic Tuborg brewery buildings).\nkr 150 DKK for members – 250 DKK for non members – 150 DKK for Students\n🚊From Hellerup Station\, Strandvejen 54: 🚌-Five minutes with bus | 🚗 Parking spaces in the area and also at Waterfront shopping center. \nLast day to register: Midnight\, Saturday\, 07 March\, 2026 \nProgramme 🎙️\n17:00 – 17:30 | Registration & Welcome\n17:30 – 17:40 | Opening Remarks\n17:40 – 18:15 | Keynote Address\n18:15 – 18:25 | Break\n18:25 – 19:20 | Give to Gain Panel & Live Q&A\n19:20 – 19:30 | Closing Reflections\n19:30 – 20:30 | Networking Reception & Light Dinner \n\nProWoc is proud to announce our Keynote Speaker for International Women’s Day 2026: Give to Gain Rikke Rønholt Albertsen Some leadership journeys are shaped by visibility and momentum. Others are shaped by range — by moving between worlds\, standards\, and expectations\, and learning how to lead across all of them. \nRikke Rønholt Albertsen’s journey belongs firmly in the latter. Across elite sport\, global sustainability work\, and academia\, Rikke has built a career defined by discipline\, judgment\, and long-term contribution. Not by shortcuts or slogans\, but by showing up — consistently — in environments that demand clarity\, credibility\, and responsibility. \nIn her keynote\, Rikke brings Give to Gain to life through leadership as it is actually lived — holding paradox\, navigating trade-offs\, and committing to contribution even when outcomes are uncertain. \nWhat you’ll take with you: \n\nA clearer way of thinking about Give to Gain as a daily leadership practice\, not a one-time decision\nTools to hold paradox and navigate trade-offs without losing clarity or conviction\nPerspective on how to lead with confidence and influence even when recognition isn’t immediate or guaranteed\nA deeper sense of how to stand comfortably in who you are\, shaped by the many layers of your experience\n\nRather than offering prescriptions\, Rikke offers perspective: on how giving becomes a way of leading\, and how long-term contribution quietly compounds into collective gain. \nModerator and Panelist  \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\nProfile From elite athletics to leadership development and organisational transformation\, and later into global sustainability and development work in collaboration with UN agencies\, NGOs\, and Danish embassies\, Rikke Rønholt Albertsen has worked at the intersection of performance and purpose. Today\, she teaches and researches leadership and corporate sustainability at Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD\, while continuing to serve on boards of civil society organisations working with human rights and sustainable development. \n\nJoin ProWoc and Implement Consulting Group for an International Women’s Day conversation on Give to Gain — a deeper look at how generosity\, contribution\, and shared responsibility and opportunity shape long-term value for people\, teams\, and society.

SUMMARY:Pressure & Sugar: Understanding the Silent Killers
DESCRIPTION:Registration has ended. \nPreventing & Living Well with Diabetes and Hypertension\nOn Friday 20th March\, Brotherhood for Professionals of Color (BPoC)\, in collaboration with IDA\, invites you to an important and timely conversation about two of the most prevalent chronic conditions affecting communities of color worldwide: diabetes and high blood pressure. \nThese conditions are often called “silent killers.” They can develop gradually\, without obvious symptoms\, while quietly increasing the risk of heart attacks\, strokes\, kidney disease\, and other serious complications. And for many men of color\, health conversations are often delayed or avoided altogether\, even though our physical and mental wellbeing directly shape our careers\, our families\, and our futures. \nIn this powerful double session\, medical experts and community voices come together to: \n\nBreak down what diabetes and hypertension are\nDiscuss why early detection is vital — especially for people of color\nShare tips for prevention and lifestyle changes that really work\nExplore how to live well with a diagnosis\, and how to support loved ones\n\nThis event is about changing that narrative. \nWe are creating an open\, accessible\, and empowering space where professionals can learn\, ask questions\, and gain practical tools for prevention\, early detection\, and healthier living. It is not just about medical facts. It is about awareness\, responsibility\, and community support. \nWhat to Expect\nOur expert speaker from the World Diabetes Foundation will deliver a 40-minute evidence-based presentation\, followed by a 20-minute Q&A session. \nThe session will: \nProvide practical\, research-based insights on diabetes prevention and management\nExplore global health disparities and why communities of color are disproportionately affected\nHighlight the World Diabetes Foundation’s current initiatives\, opportunities\, and community-focused programs \nThis is an opportunity to understand the bigger picture and to leave with actionable knowledge you can apply in your daily life. \nAnd after the formal session\, we will continue the conversation over food and networking. BPoC always provides a safe space where we can speak openly about men’s health and mental resilience. \n🗓️March 20\, 2026\n🕛16:00 – 19:00\n📍IDA Conference\, Kalvebod Brygge 31\, 1560 København\, Denmark\n👛FREE for DKK BPoC & ProWoc members | 100 DKK for non-members\n✍🏽Last day to register: 16 March

SUMMARY:Exclusive Conversations - Managing Transitions: Making Sense of the In-Between
DESCRIPTION:Exclusive Conversations with Helena Broadbridge & Beatrice Røjgaard. Moderated by Phoebe Benta-Albertsen\nManaging Transitions: Making Sense of the In-Between\nThis Exclusive Conversation explores how individuals experience\, navigate\, and make sense of major professional transitions. Rather than focusing on organisational events themselves\, the conversation centres on the human reality of change: the identity shifts\, the loss of certainty\, the emotional weight of uncertainty\, and the quiet work of rebuilding clarity and confidence when familiar structures fall away. Let us together Reframe. Reclaim. Rebuild. \n🎤Meet our Panelists:\nWe are excited to introduce Helena Broadbridge\, one of our guest speakers at our upcoming Exclusive Conversations:\nHelena Broadbridge is an experienced advisor on sustainability and accountability\, specializing in social rights\, workplace culture\, and change management. She helps leaders steer their decision-making and investments towards the integrated mindset and transformative practices that build more responsible\, resilient organisations. \nWorking globally for close to 30 years\, she has advised leaders across most sectors on how to integrate sustainability criteria into their strategy\, operations\, culture and governance\, most recently as a Partner in Deloitte (2013-2026). As an anthropologist (PhD)\, she applies the lens of human-centric design\, the toolkit of change management as well as cultural intelligence to help facilitate a shift in mindset\, build trust\, and develop the operational capabilities needed to respond successfully to change. \nOver the years\, Helena has successfully shaped and led diverse\, high-performance teams\, also through different forms of restructuring incl. layoffs. Through her different professional and board governance roles\, she has also advised leaders on steering the full process of a reorganisation\, including the recovery and rebuild phases\, whose importance is often underestimated. She has first-hand experience of being directly affected by a reorganisation and having to navigate unexpected career transitions. \nIn the conversation\, Helena will share her personal experience of handling career changes and reflect on the lessons she has learnt along the way about rebuilding your self-confidence\, developing your ‘ikigai’\, and finding your own narrative for what is happening. \nWe are also excited to introduce Beatrice Røjgaard\nBeatrice has a background in Economics and an MBA in Finance\, with over a decade of experience advising businesses and boards on corporate governance\, capital markets\, valuations\, and enterprise transformation across EMEA\, North America\, and the Nordics\, with deep professional grounding in both developed and emerging markets. \nShe is the author of The Capital Brief\, a thought leadership series on capital markets\, M&A governance\, and the structural forces shaping institutions and economies. Her Executive MBA research at Henley Business School examined M&A Risk Governance across 200 European bank transactions and was awarded a Distinction. \nDeeply curious about the economics of power and the role of personal leadership within it\, Beatrice believes that rigour and lived experience are not in tension — they are the combination that makes insight genuinely useful. \n💡 At this Exclusive Conversation\, Beatrice will bring the structural lens that is often missing from transition narratives — exploring the organisational and financial forces that drive the disruptions so many professionals experience as deeply personal\, and helping the audience understand how to read those forces\, reclaim agency\, and build forward with clarity and intention. \n🎤Meet the moderator\nWe are excited to introduce Phoebe Benta-Albertsen\, as the moderator of our upcoming Exclusive Conversations. \nPhoebe Benta-Albertsen is an event strategist\, community builder\, and leadership advocate with more than 15 years of experience designing transformative experiences that connect people\, inspire innovation\, and strengthen organizational culture. She serves as Head of Community & Events at LEGO Design\, where she leads community and engagement initiatives for over 750+ creatives\, fostering collaboration\, belonging\, and growth. Phoebe also serves on the Board of LEGO System A/S. Her career spans corporate\, nonprofit\, and leadership development sectors\, including national and international leadership roles within Junior Chamber International (JCI)\, where she has inspired and empowered emerging leaders. She is also the author of Future by Design\, a book on self-leadership\, purpose\, and positive resilience. \n💡In the conversation\, Phoebe will guide the dialogue through the different aspects of transitions\, leaving room for thoughtful and grounded talks rooted in lived experiences. As our moderator\, Phoebe will encourage audience interaction and facilitate a space open for perspectives and reflections that foster collective understanding. \nA special thank you to Dreamdata for hosting this important Exclusive Conversation. \nThe Evening at a Glance\n17:00 – 17:30 Meet and Greet · Arrival\, registration\, and informal networking\n17:30 – 17:40 Welcome by ProWoC · Introduction to ProWoC and the Exclusive Conversations format\n17:40 – 18:45 Exclusive Conversation · Guided dialogue exploring the human experience of professional transition\n18:45 – 19:15 Audience Interaction and Shared Reflections · Integrated Q&A and audience participation\n19:15 – 19:25 Key Takeaways and Closing · Closing reflections and insights\n19:25 – 20:00 Networking · Informal networking and continued conversation \n📆 Monday\, 08 June 2026\n🕐 17:00 -20:00\n📍Dreamdata Offices\, Kalvebod Brygge 39\, 1560 København (7th floor)\n\nCost: 150kr for ProWoc & BPoC members and Students – 250kr for non members \nLast chance to register: 05 June 2026
