DESCRIPTION:ProWoC is thrilled to officially announce its collaboration with Zozo Ntokazi Mposula\, who will continue to offer Amapiano Dance sessions as part of ProWoC’s Wellness activities after raving reviews from participants who attended the flagship session. \nZozo holds a Bachelor of Arts in performance\, is a dancer and a performer at heart. She is also a certified Kemetic yoga teacher\, a runner and an Asics brand ambassador. \n“My motivation to collaborate with Prowoc is that it is an organization that consists of professional women who balance many roles but still pursue their respective demanding careers. As someone who has suffered a burnout in the past\, l believe more than ever that women’s spiritual\, physical and mental wellbeing should be at the top of their priority list. The fact that Prowoc hosts wellness events is testament to this. This time we bring you the sounds and flavours of Mumbai with an hour of beautiful and vibrant Bollywood dance moves hosted by Sruthi Surendran. \nBollywood dancing is a colourful\, dynamic and highly theatrical combing classical forms of dance including traditional Indian\, folk\, salsa and belly-dance. Because there are no strict rules to it\, Bollywood dancing is about finding your flow and freedom of expression. Come and reconnect with yourself in the form of dance! \nSruthi will be facilitating a 1 hour Bollywood dance class and will be bringing great moves\, music and great vibe! In recent years she has been running strategic procurement and sustainability programs at Orsted and Chr. Hansen. Sruthi is also a sustainability content creator @greenbyhabit on Instagram.\nA trained Indian classical dancer\, Sruthi loves to dance and especially choreograph & perform Bollywood.
