DESCRIPTION:Join us for an awesome ProWoc wellness event hosted by the phenomenal Zozo Mposula. Put on your dancing shoes\, bring your good vibes and get ready to move to the beat of Amapiano! \nAmapiano is a world trending music and dance genre from South Africa that is fun and groovy letting whatever inhibitions you might have go as you give yourself to the beat of the music. Amapiano has been around since 2012 but gained its commercial appeal and rise from 2018. Seen and celebrated all over social media through millions of dance challenge videos. \nChoreographer and yoga teacher Zozo will be facilitating a 1 hour Amapiano dance class and will be bringing great moves\, music and as always great vibes\, for your mind body and soul! \nPlease dress in comfortable/sporty clothing\, bring along a bottle of water and a small towel. Feel free to start coming from 17h00\, as the dance sessions will start at 17h30 promptly. \nThis event is free for members and cost DKK100 for non-members. \n» Registration closes at midnight Tuesday\, October 24\, 2023. \nProgram\n17:00 arrival/intros\n17:30 – 18:30 dance class\n18:30 – 19:00 networking/closing \nAbout Zozo \nZozo holds a Bachelor of Arts in performance\, is a dancer and a performer at heart. She is a certified Kemetic yoga teacher\, a runner and an Asics brand amassador. Zozo says “I am passionate about movement to stay mentally\, physically and spiritually fit and aligned.
