The non-profit organisation focuses on career development\, mentorship\, and increasing visibility of women of colour in the Danish workplace and society at large. Having previously served as ProWoc’s President\, Selim continues to guide its strategic direction as a member of the ProWoc Advisory Board. \n🎙️Moderator:\nNaila Kosar is a UK-qualified lawyer whose career sits at the intersection of law\, human rights\, and corporate accountability. She began in human rights legal practice before transitioning into in-house compliance and governance roles\, where she developed expertise across data privacy\, AI governance\, emerging technology regulation\, sustainability\, and human rights due diligence. Her work centres on helping organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes while building practical\, people-centred governance frameworks.
